A workplace qualifies as gender inclusive when it actively promotes an environment where all employees, regardless of their gender identity or expression, feel respected, valued, and supported.

IMAGES Group has always been a gender-inclusive workplace, with its non-discriminatory policies especially in ensuring equal opportunities in hiring, promotion, and compensation. The group has always strived for and promoted diversity at all levels of the organization, including leadership roles.

One example in the workplace is Anjali Sondhi – a mentor to many in the Group, she has shown the way for women in the organization, modeling respectful, inclusive behaviour and fostering a culture of inclusion. She has led the charge for recognizing and promting gender-inclusive practices and achievements in the organization, bringing IMAGES to a space where women feel that they belong and that they can contribute to their fullest to the workplace.

She has been at the forefront of managerial changes in the organization over the years, nurturing a robust HR department which has worked towards giving employees varied flexible work options including WFH and part-time roles to accommodate diverse needs and lifestyles.

And she’s not the only one – there are empowered, smart women all over the organization – Nupur, Monica, Somya, Priyanka, Kajal, Muskan, Disha, Meghali and Priti Kapil & Priti Gupta to name a few – all working with heart, earning the respect of colleagues through the organization while leading life on their own terms.

IMAGES Group also celebrates and supports gender diversity through events, campaigns, and initiatives, the most recent being IMAGES Open where men and women alike were acknowledged and rewarded equally for their contributions to and excellence in work.

On the whole, IMAGES Group, over the years, has morphed from being a run of the mill workplace into an inclusive environment where all employees, regardless of their gender, feel valued and supported.
