LEAVE POLICIES MADE EASY
Q: How many casual leaves can I avail at one time?
A: You can avail up to 2 casual leaves consecutively.
Q: Will privileged leave (PL) be marked on Saturday and Sunday if I apply for a long leave of 10 days?
A: Yes, weekends and holidays falling within your leave period will be deducted from your PL balance. PL is calculated for all 10 days.
Q: Can I club my casual leave (CL) and privileged leave (PL)?
A: Yes, CL and PL can be clubbed if needed. However, the total number of combined leaves is subject to managerial approval and must align with business needs.
ATTENDANCE GUIDELINES
Q: Is it required to complete 9 hours every day?
A: No, we expect employees to complete their monthly working hours, which are calculated as 9 hours multiplied by the number of working days in the month. While employees are allowed flexibility to come late or leave early if needed, any shortfall in the daily 6 working hours (including a 30-minute break) must be balanced by completing the remaining hours within the month.
Q: What happens if I forget to mark my attendance?
A: Forgetting to mark attendance occasionally happens. Your HR Portal allows you to regularize attendance up to 5 times per month.
Q: Can I adjust late arrivals by working extra hours on the same day?
A: Yes, late arrivals can be adjusted by staying back to complete your daily 6 working hours. However, we encourage punctuality to maintain a smooth workflow.
